Privacy Policy

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. This page explains the little personal data that is processed, and your rights.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed through ardauzer.com is Arda Oğulcan Üzer, Warsaw, Poland (“I”). You can reach me at ogulcanuzer@gmail.com.

In short

  • No cookies, no local storage and no analytics or advertising trackers.
  • No contact forms, accounts or newsletters — the site does not ask you for personal data.
  • No third-party scripts, embeds or font services; all fonts and assets are served from this domain.
  • Your data is never sold or used for profiling.

Server logs (hosting)

The website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit, the web server automatically processes technical information that your browser sends: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring page, your browser and operating system (user agent) and the response status.

This is necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure and investigate errors or abuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hostinger processes this data on my behalf as a hosting provider and retains logs for a limited period in line with its own policies. I do not combine log data with other data or use it to identify visitors.

Contacting me by email

If you email me, I process your email address, name and the content of your message to reply to you — for example about a job opportunity or collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

My email is provided by Google (Gmail), which processes messages under its own terms and may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by law. I keep correspondence only as long as needed for our conversation and any follow-up, and delete it on request.

Links to other websites

This site links to external services such as LinkedIn, GitHub and IEEE Xplore. No data is shared with them unless you follow a link; once you do, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15);
  • have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17);
  • restrict its processing (Art. 18) and receive it in a portable format (Art. 20);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).

To exercise these rights, email ogulcanuzer@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa — uodo.gov.pl.

Changes

If the way this website handles data changes — for example if analytics were ever added — this policy will be updated first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
